Bureau Veritas Quality International has awarded Acciona Trasmediterránea the new ISO STANDARD Quality Certificate, based on the new 9001 / 2000 model, having successfully passed the corresponding Audits. This new Certificate maintains its award to the quality system in the "Maritime Transport for Passengers and their Vehicles, Rolling Stock, On-Board Services, Technical and Fleet Security Management and Shipping Service".

This certificate is a reward for the effort made by Acciona Trasmediterránea in offering higher quality levels and it also commits us to the continued improvement of all our services.

Within the general policy for improving services and the implication of all the employees of the Company in these processes, in the year 2000 Acciona Trasmediterránea obtained the European Seal of Excellence based on the E.F.Q.M. Model (European Foundation Quality Management) for the Balearics S ector, accrediting the work, management and services offered by the Company. This will be extended progressively to other areas where the Company operates, such as the South-Straits and Canary Isles.
